Just before going into hiding - a photo on Flickriver

            Today (Saturday) I put the bougainvillea into the greenhouse, perhaps for just a few days.  It is likely that our first freeze of the year will occur tonight -- the predicted low temperature is 33 . . . that's really cutting it close!  

Since uploading this, I see that Saturday's recorded overnight low for my area was 39 F. and probably that didn't last for very long, but I'm prepared!
