Stormy Seattle Sunset - a photo on Flickriver

            It's been a whole week of rainy weather in Seattle, but I got very excited because the stormy weather is a double-edge sword -- it either makes the day very dull or it creates some magical lights which all photographers are craving for.

To capture that magical moment, experience helps, but most of the times things cannot be predicted and you just have to be in the right place waiting for it. That's exactly what I was doing for the entire week. Almost every sunset I went to some place to wait for the light, and eventually my effort paid off with this view showing up for 10 minutes before the sun dipped into clouds.
