Blick vom Sony Center auf die Berliner Philharmonie.
Der große Saal hat 2250 Sitzplätze, in dem Kleinen Saal können 1180 Zuschauer der Musik lauschen. Wir haben seit vielen Jahren ein Abonnement und haben schon viele sehr Musikabende dort erleben dürfen. Ich war mit meiner Tochter Silke Klimesch auf Fototour Festval of Lights

Kleiner Blick in die Geschichte:

"Die ersten Konzerte der im Frühjahr 1882 gegründeten Berliner Philharmoniker fanden im Charlottenburger Gartenlokal „Flora“ statt. Die erste feste Spielstätte war in der Bernburger Straße, am 30. Januar 1944 wurde das Gebäude bei einem alliierten Luftangriff zerstört.
Nach dem 2.Weltkrieg hatte das Orchester verschiedene Spiestätten unter anderem den Titania Palast in Steglitz.
"Die neue Philharmonie entstand schließlich als erster Bau des in der Nachkriegszeit geplanten Kulturforums. Sie wurde in einer Bauzeit von 37 Monaten (Grundsteinlegung: 15. September 1960, Richtfest: 1. Dezember 1961, Eröffnung: 15. Oktober 1963) nach Entwürfen von Hans Scharoun erbaut. Die Baukosten betrugen ca. 17 Millionen Mark (kaufkraftbereinigt heute rund 36 Millionen Euro)." Wikipedia

The big hall has 2250 seats, in the small hall 1180 spectators can listen to the music. We have had a subscription for many years and have already been able to experience many very musical evenings there.

"The first concerts of the Berliner Philharmoniker, founded in spring 1882, took place in the Charlottenburg garden restaurant "Flora". The first permanent venue was in Bernburger Straße, and on 30 January 1944 the building was destroyed in an Allied air raid.
After World War II, the orchestra had various venues, including the Titania Palace in Steglitz.
"The new Philharmonie was finally built as the first building of the Cultural Forum planned in the post-war period. It was built in 37 months (laying of the foundation stone: 15 September 1960, topping-out ceremony: 1 December 1961, opening: 15 October 1963) according to designs by Hans Scharoun. La grande salle a 2250 places assises, dans la petite salle 1180 spectateurs peuvent écouter la musique. Nous avons un abonnement depuis de nombreuses années et nous y avons déjà vécu de nombreuses soirées très musicales.

Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l'orchestre s'est produit dans différentes salles, dont le Titania Palace à Steglitz.
"La nouvelle Philharmonie a finalement été construite comme le premier bâtiment du Forum culturel de l'après-guerre. Il a été construit en 37 mois de construction (pose de la première pierre : 15 septembre 1960, cérémonie d'achèvement : 1er décembre 1961, inauguration : 15 octobre 1963) d'après les plans de Hans Scharoun.
