Mein Galaktisches Dinner HMM!
Die Boullette, Frikadelle, Burger, Hamburger oder auch Fleischklops genannt, ist beliebt.
Es gibt sie in jeder Größe von klein und rund bis groß und flach, mit oder ohne Brötchen und einer Vielfalt an Zubereitung, mit verschiedenen Beilagen.
Für das Thema habe ich eine kleine Menge vom Hack abgenommen , gebraten und auf einem Blatt Wirsingkohl mit einer kleinen Tomate dekoriert. Unsere warme Mahlzeit war Kohlrolladen in einer Sahnesoße, als Beilage gab es Kartoffbrei!
Den Sternehimmel hat mir Lumix 4 geschenkt, was für ein Glück!

La boullette, la boulette de viande, le hamburger, le hamburger ou la boule de viande est populaire.

Pour le thème, j'ai pris une petite quantité du hachis, frit et décoré sur une feuille de chou de Milan avec une petite tomate. Notre repas chaud était des petits pains au chou dans une sauce à la crème, servis avec de la purée de pommes de terre !
