sunset on The Ouse Washes (Welney Wash)

              a quick stop on the journey home after seeing the sun setting across the ouse washes.   the ouse washes are a large flood plain covering over six thousand acres, it stretches 21 miles but only 19 miles are subject to flooding and are a Site of Special Scientific Interest with WWT Welney Wetland Centre being a large part of the conservation area.
