It's Portable - Honest - a photo on Flickriver

            It looks pretty fixed to me but this is a Grade 11 listed structure dating from around 1910/11 and used during World War 1 as a hangar for airships or balloons. It is now located at Farnbourgh Airfield.
  If any of you have picked up a copy of " Amateur Photographer " magazine this hanger features in a shot in the mag ( alas not mine ) . The pic in the magazine is taken from the other end looking back this way showing all the office buildings behind me -  PLUS one dollopping great big aeroplane banking round for a runway approach right in the centre perfectly placed .
