Well in truth it was on The Wednesday Afternoon !!

I was thinking all over the place to find a shot for this week - my aim was to have been to take a shot of a surveyor looking through a theodolite - but where is a surveyor when you need one ??
However , Wednesday afternoon and an unplanned trip over to Bookham to pick something up presented an unexpected opportunity . The old pub at the crossroads has been shut down for ages , but now there is a major refurbishment well underway . On the pavement there was this chap up some steps prepping some window frames with a really vicious looking hand tool ( I don't know what it is called - just glad it was there being used ) . So I crossed to the other side of the road so I was not so obvious and with the good zoom on the little TZ99 I could home in on mostly the hand and the tool in question - I have further cropped the shot to get rid of distracting bits , converted to B&W , boosted contrast and in flicker editor set the focus on the tool and de-focused the rest of the scene . The shot was taken on the fly without anyone aware , so a specific candid street shot which in itself is a new challenge for me to tackle !!
