Wonderful blossoms in high summer - a photo on Flickriver

            EN: Due to its height of around 2260 meters above sea level, the summers on the Bernina are very short. So even relatively late in the year many flowers are still blooming and offer beautiful motives in this great landscape.

Train 4640 with an additional open panoramic carriages at the end of the train goes towards the valley and just crosses the Obere Berninabachbrücke. Today the train is ABe 8/12 3506 "Anna von Planta".

DE: Aufgrund seiner höhe von rund 2260 Meter über Meer sind die Sommer auf dem Bernina jeweils nur sehr kurz. So blühen auch relativ spät noch viele Blumen und bieten schöne Motive in dieser grossartigen Landschaft.

Zug 4640 fährt mit einem zusätzlichen offenen Panoramawagen am Zugschluss in Richtung Tal und überquert gerade die Obere Berninabachbrücke. Zugfahrzeug stellt heute der ABe 8/12 3506 "Anna von Planta"
