DB Cargo Zephir LOK 30.250 Locotractor arrived at Westbury over the last weekend.

No information yet as to when it might be used...

Zephir are based in Modena, Italy, and were taken over by American Company Marmon Holdings in 2016. 
Marmon also own Trackmobile who make railcar moving vehicles in America.
The 30.250 is stated as being the most powerful Locotractor available - equivalent  to a 100-ton engine and capable of pulling up to 5,600 tons.
