Fire, Collapse, Tear Down? - HWW - a photo on Flickriver

            This is an abandoned house - obviously.  At first I thought there had been a fire, but the inside timbers do not look charred nor is there evidence on the roof trusses of soot or fire damage.
The second option is that the porch roof collapsed taking part of the front wall with it or that a large tree fell on the roof.  There are large branches lying around on the ground and perhaps a small tree on the left side.
The third possible reason is that the owners are demolishing the house.  I would think it could be accomplished much quicker with a tractor.  I noticed this house several months ago and it still looks the same.  So your guess is as good as mine.
