            And a group of four very lively and rather fruity ladies thoroughly enjoying their walk and flirtatious banter that made me blush and smile for the rest of the afternoon!
On the left, a staircase through the woods climbs up to the viewpoint of Whitcliffe Common, but I'd wasted quite enough time up there waiting for the clouds to move so I decided to try the riverside path downstream. Both routes meet at the foot of Ludford Bridge, the medieval bridge at the bottom of Broad Street.
