Austin K9, Park Road, Abergavenny 21 March 2025

            A 1952 Austin K9 parked off Park Road.

The K9, derived from the Loadstar, was adapted to military use. It  saw service with the army and RAF from 1951 with some examples still in use until the 1980s in reserve units. It was used in various roles such as ambulance and radio wagons.
