            So the time of year for the annual popity ping of the Sun through the crumbling structure of the old Rock Ferry Pier .....

But guess which div forgot to check tide times 😁

As per - best to make do with what I've got rather than putting my life in conscious danger.

To be fair the neglected structure does a fine job of cradling the firey mass.
