[PRESERVED] London Transport (Red Bus Company) RM1353 - 353 CLT

            When I first saw this RM passing through central Edinburgh, I was amazed, and wondered whether it was one of those rebuilt and refurbished ex-Mac Tours RMs that Lothian Buses had put out, as well-written about in an old issue of Buses magazine from back then. On further research, however… so long later, I’ve discovered that this was yet another one owned by one of the many 'it's a London bus!' Routemaster hire companies: namely, the Red Bus Company. At least it looks period correct to as-new London condition, unlike so many others I've since seen on TV. So, what's it doing in 2025? Well... the same work as it always has been doing.

This being the only decent view I was able to get of it, concluding a rather-inconclusive day of spotting as I slowly got my bearings around the city with my family, preserved London Transport RM1353, a 1962 Park Royal-bodied AEC Routemaster, is seen while presumably heading out on private hire work someplace in the city that I'll surely figure out later.
