Georgia, Tbilisi, “warm spring,” it's raining... raining...

            The capital of Georgia on the Kura River in the center of the Caucasus Isthmus in the eastern part of Georgia up to 800 m high. Many residential areas are built in terraces on the slopes.
In the 4th century, Tbilisi was founded by a Persian ethnarch.
There have always been earthquakes. The last one was on April 25, 2002, with a magnitude of 4.8.
