            Emilia Romagna is still in red zone till Easter, so there is no better time to bother Denis for some new pics  😅 💀.

On this one I'm sitting on my Ikea chair I use when on PC, love it ❤ 

Someone may notice a bit more belly now 😅 in the pics, still a lot more slender than years ago 

It's because of my winter diet, but now thanks to it and the training schedules I finally reached the goal of having at least 40cm or 16in biceps  so it worked.

I will burn the belly with my trusty jumping rope, and with the new schedules I will get back my flat belly( not the six pack 🐢 but flat) and keep the muscle gained .

By the way I gained a lot of muscle on the legs too so I'm happy 😁
