As the Darkness Sets In - a photo on Flickriver

            It was a dark and gloomy day in Melbourne, and soon after sunset, darkness began to take over rapidly. There was no beautiful golden hour, no colorful sunset and no dusty half-light after the sun set. As the darkness began taking hold, the solar operated lights on the pier switched on, creating a romantic mood light over the deserted pier.
