Bushland Fernery #2 - a photo on Flickriver

On a walking track in Emerald Lake Park on the edge of Melbourne. The park has many significant trees, both native and exotic, and abundant fern gullies. It is also the terminus of a heritage narrow gauge railway ("Puffing Billy"). 

Most people who have grown up in Australia love the bush, but it can be hard to capture in a photograph.  Of course, ‘the bush’ encompasses a variety of scenery and habitat.  Scenes like this are common in the cooler temperate forests of the southern parts of the continent.
