The Fastest in the World - a photo on Flickriver

            TGV POS Duplex 723 is departing Gare de Nice-Ville with an outbound TGV service to Paris.

TGV POS Duplex 39745, along with its counterpart 39746 at the other end of the train, is wearing a special paint scheme commemorating it as one of the two engines of trainset POS 4402 that broke the world land speed record for conventional rail vehicles on April 3rd, 2007, as part of Operation V150 during the testing of the LGV Est railway line.
