Sherman M4 ARCIS SUR AUBE - a photo on Flickriver

            Sherman M4 105mm "Moghrane"of the Radar association and the M4A2 "Arcis-sur-Aube" which was formerly part of the Balmoral Green association.
This tank was delivered to Casablanca in September 1943. It is one of 4,200 vehicles of the 2nd DB.
He landed in France, in Normandy and entered Paris on August 24, 1944.
He followed the 2nd DB until its dissolution in 1946.

This tank, which emerged unscathed from the combat, was stored in reserve until it was reformed several years later, where it would be designated as a target on military grounds.

It served as a support, and was hit by shrapnel, burned, then piled up on a park of wrecks.
