The East Haugh.

            Port Allen, Firth of Tay. 
One of two fields reclaimed from the Firth of Tay in early 19thC., the East and West Haughs or riverside meadows. With the bunds breached by the elements and the pumps now turned off they have flooded and are being claimed by the huge tidal reedbed around the seaward side.
