            Reichlich Nervenkitzel war am Morgen des 26.4.2025 geboten, als die Webcam der Gemeinde Salem am stark bewölkten Himmel eine riesige Lücke offenbarte. Da demnächst der mit 218 429 bespannte RE 3048 dort aufschlagen sollte, wurde spontan das Equipment zusammengepackt und die Reise in Richtung Sonnenschein angetreten. Vor Ort musste entsetzt festgestellt werden, dass von den riesigen Lücken in der Gewitterfront nur noch ein kleines Wolkenloch übrig geblieben war. Als auch dieses sich schließlich verdünnisiert  hatte, gingen die letzten Hoffnungen auf ein sonniges Bild endgültig verloren. Doch wenige Sekunden vor der Zugdurchfahrt wurde es aus dem Nichts wieder hell und als schließlich 218 429 mit dem RE 3048 die Bühne betrat, wurde der einzige Fotograf weit und breit mit einer so nicht wiederholbaren Aufnahme belohnt...
