MORRAL DE COLOTENANGO - a photo on Flickriver

            Lo compré en White Elephant Sale.   Tejido en. Telar de cintura con brocade de una solo lado 100% algodón.  Es el estilo nuevo de rojo color sangre seca.  Antes usaban rojo puro, pero ya nadie lo usa en este pueblo.  El hilo del fondo es hilo alemán, creo que es algodón combinado con rayon, muy brilloSo.  

100% cotton.  Hand woven on backstrap loom.  This could be from San Rafael Petzal, as the weavings are pretty much the same.
