It was a morning full of thunderstorms. I had got up 4:30am to go shoot the lightning and that didn’t go as planned. Dealing with rain and muggy temperatures is something you have to deal with this time of year. The rain came before the lightning so there was not much opportunity for any picture taking. in the end I love a good lightning show but you can’t always get pictures of them. Mother Nature still blessed with a break in the rain and storms at sunrise. The colors were incredible and I almost thought for a second there was going to be a rainbow.
