Fire & Ice - a photo on Flickriver

Fire & Ice

            Firefall the following night as seen a mile up 4 mile trail in yosemite valley. Setup tripod between 2 fallen tree trunks on the mountain face.  Was a 4 shot panarama telephoto that was stitched and bracketed for the sunset, even though the highlights had to still be reduced to show how deep the orange was. This was the most difficult shot I have done so far and was by far worth it and can't wait to head back next year! Cheers all :)
