            Melting Windscreen Ice

A cold spell last night meant the car windscreen was still icy at -2 degs C.
As the sun rose and warmed the car, the ice on the windscreen started to melt and create a random, abstract pattern of melting ice.
This was taken from inside the car, looking along the windscreen.
The splits and rips in the ice happened quite quickly as it melted and slid down the windscreen. Had I thought, it would have made a good timelapse clip. Next time perhaps!!
