Pickthalls of Arlecdon Leyland National WHH 556S - interior view 9/3/08

            Leyland National WHH 556S was new as Leyland development vehicle, only being registered later. It has recently been reseated in the front section with seats from a Leyland Lynx. It was owned by Pickthall of Arlecdon, Cumbria at the time of the picture, but was previous with Ratcliffe of Bigrigg and a couple of operators in the Fleetwood area. It is now preserved by the Workington Transport Heritage Trust.
