Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas - a photo on Flickriver

            Richmond Beach, WA, Oct. 2024. The comet had faded to below naked-eye visibility, but this was the first clear night we've had to try and observe it. I couldn't see a thing, and could barely detect it with binoculars. 5-second exposure, focus by trial and error.
