European cabbage whites (Pieris rapae) mating

            I saw them fly by mating out of the corner of my eye and was confused for a minute until I got a better look at them and saw it was two butterflies. 

My son asked me "What if people were like butterflies?" after I finished taking shots so I said "Oh there's the neighbors Jon and Jane" and pointed at the sky.
