The Focus Knob on the left hand side of this TLR also incorporates an Exposure Calculator.

I don't have a manual but think that it goes like this :
1) Set the correct Film Sensivity by turning the inner disc.
2) Set the outer disc to the LV-value which was read on the viewer screen.
Normally set it to the little white arrow but when using a filter set it to the filters correction factor 2 or 4 x.
3) Now use the Shutterspeed/Diaphragma Scale to get the proper settings for these.

Please note that the ASA-DIN Scale is not right !
27 DIN should be 400 ASA, not as shown here 160 ASA !
Design fault by Zeiss Ikon ? Probably. There may be a difference between pre- and post-1961 DIN to ASA conversions but never so large.
 
The LV 11, Speed 1/300, Diaphragm 5,6 shown here agree with the DIN 27 setting of the calculator.
However, a 160 ASA/ISO film will be 2 stops underexposed !
