Leer stehendes Quelle-Großlager in Leipzig.
1995 für eine Milliarde D-Mark gebaut, 338 000 qm groß und einst das Versandzentrum Europas. Täglich wurden von hier aus bis zu 850 000 Pakete verschickt, arbeiteten hier fast 900 Menschen. Nach nur 15 Jahren ging der Konzern in Konkurs, seit Februar 2010 steht das riesige Areal leer.

Deserted depot of the mail-order company „Quelle“ in Leipzig, Germany.
Built in 1995, it was the largest center in Europe. 338 000 square metres of floor space, for the price of one Billion German Marks (500 Million Euros) . At this time, 900 people worked here. The company delivered 850 000 parcels from here to all over Germany, Austria an Switzerland.
In 2009 the Quelle-group became bankrupt, a few months later the last parcel was sent from here.
