Thunderbird 57305 "John Tracy” Crossing Ribblehead

            57305 "John Tracy" is photographed on Ribblehead viaduct on its approach to Ribblehead Station with a Glasgow to London Euston service. During this period it was common for Railtrack to undertake maintenance on the West Coast Mainline which necessitated a "Thunderbird" escort through the Settle & Carlisle.
