            NYSW EMD SD45-2 3618 captured at rest (seemingly long term) a couple of miles south of Binghampton, New York State.

EMD Introduced the SD45 in 1965 and some 1,200 units were purchased by several major US railroads. The SD45-2 replaced the SD45 in the EMD catalog in 1972.
