            I captured this image of a couple viewing James Mallord William Turner's oil on canvas titled Mercury and Argus during a three month exhibit between June 20 and Sept 20, 2015 at the deYoung Museum in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. As you can see, Mercury and Argus is quite a large painting. It was originally exhibited in 1836 and reworked in 1840. You can see the deYoung Museum information sign about this painting in the following slide of this series.
