L'ingresso al borgo di Dozza - Dozza village entrance

            Dozza è uno dei più caratteristici borghi medievali dell'Appennino tosco-romagnolo. 
Il borgo è noto per i numerosi dipinti che ne abbelliscono le facciate delle case, ma anche per la sua Rocca di origine medioevale successivamente trasformata, in epoca rinascimentale, in residenza nobiliare. 
La Rocca è in ottimo stato di conservazione e dalla sua torre più alta si gode di una bella vista sul borgo e le colline circostanti.

Dozza is one of the most characteristic medieval villages of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines in Italy.
The village is known for the numerous paintings that embellish the facades of the houses, but also for the Fortress: it has medieval origin but it was later (during the Renaissance) transformed in a noble residence.  
The Fortress is in a great state of conservation and from its tallest tower you could enjoy a beautiful view over the village and surrounding hills.
