A house in Jetřichovice, Bohemian Switzerland, Czech republic

            In Bohemian Switzerland, same as in Saxon Switzerland, the German portion of the Elbsandsteingebirge, you find sandstone cliffs and boulders - literally! - everywhere, in all sizes, from monumental to small and dainty. Many houses are constructed sort of "around" sandstone boulders or towers.  This house, built in typical "Umgebinde" style, just outside the Czech village of Jetřichovice, next to the two picturesque sandstone towers, was construted in such a way that the natural sandstone forms one of the house's walls.
