            St Mary the Virgin, East Brent, Somerset.

Chancel, north window, by Martin Travers, (signed bottom left), 1939. A memorial to Prebendary Archdale Palmer Wickham, vicar of East Brent from 1911 to 1935. A keen cricketer and naturalist, his extensive collection of butterflies and moths was given to the British Museum (Natural History Museum?) after his death.

Detail: Holy Spirit in the form of a Dove.

Signed window (bottom left) by Howard Martin Otto (Otho) Travers (1886-1948).  Dated 1939.
