            Despite my five and a half years with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s I still try to keep my hands and mind active practicing my past profession as a Master baker and Confectioner, my specialty was celebration cake decorating that was the love of my life… but now the skill and creativity I once had in my hands and fingers has diminished… yet even with my confusion and tremor of hands I did not let it deter me from making my stepdaughters wedding cake as my ‘Swansong’
