Lights Out, Red Candles Lit - And Wine!

            As we started our meal, there was a load-shedding power outage! Pragmatic South African reach for quick pragmatic fixes - red candles and white wine in this case! This was taken in Grahamstown. The load-shedding is a result of a serious, nation-wide, shortfall in the supply of electricity: a combination of substantial economic growth from 1994-2012, poor planning and poor policies. So the outcome of both success and failure!
