Il porto rappresenta l'asse attorno a cui sorge il centro di Cesenatico. Fu disegnato da Leonardo Da Vinci nel 1502, quando fu convocato da Cesare Borgia per suggerire interventi migliorativi.
Proprio al porto è ospitato il Museo Galleggiante della Marineria, costituito da dieci imbarcazioni tradizionali dell'Adriatico che in estate vengono attrezzate con le vele tradizionali, decorate con i simboli che identificavano le famiglie dei pescatori.

AT NIGHT THE REFLECTIONS ARE MAGICAL

The port represents the axis around which the center of Cesenatico rises. It was designed by Leonardo Da Vinci in 1502, when he was summoned by Cesare Borgia to suggest improvements.
Right in the port is the Floating Museum of Maritime, made up of ten traditional Adriatic boats which in summer are equipped with traditional sails, decorated with the symbols that identified the fishermen's families.
