6024. Royalty! ............... - a photo on Flickriver

            5.5.2007. The pride of the GWR, Collett designed '6000' (King) Class, 4-6-0 No 6024 'King Edward I' looks impressive as it stands on the turntable at Didcot back in 2007.
Currently, 6024 is being overhauled by the 6024 Preservation Society at Minehead after being withdrawn in 2012. Lets hope that it won't be too long before its out on the mainline again.
