lake superior ice cave - - sunset - a photo on Flickriver

            Wisconsin’s Apostle Islands ice caves officially opened on February 28, 2015. On Ontario’s eastern Lake Superior shore, about 80 kilometers north of Sault Ste. Marie, between Pancake Bay and Coppermine Point, ice caves and ice sculptures have also been created by nature through wave action and weather. Inside the ice cave looking outside at Lake Superior at the setting sun.

Processing alchemy with Nik Efex Pro 2- - -seven exposures; further processing through Nik Dfine 2, Viveza (selective dodge and burn) and Color Efex: tonal contrast, brilliance / warmth filter, and white neutralizer filter. Finished with Apple Aperture.
