New Orleans 911 City Park - a photo on Flickriver

            March 2008 visit to New Orleans. This was an interesting period to see the streetcar system there as all lines were being temporarily operated using the Perley Thomas "Green Cars" from the St. Charles Line fleet. The newer replica cars acquired for the new Canal Line had all been damaged by flooding in Hurricane Katrina and were in the process of being rebuilt. Here car 911 is on the City Park branch.
