New Orleans Randolph inspection bay a

            New Orleans, A. Phillip Randolph Operations Facility. This large streetcar operations base was built as part of the project to reinstate the Canal Street streetcar line in 2004. Trackage is broad gauge; 5 ft 2-1/2 inches. Taken in March 2008, the post-Katrina period when historic cars from the St. Charles line were temporarily being used to operate all the lines.
