Colorful Hot Air Balloon Through The Distant Haze

            We spotted this balloon yesterday on Ned Harris' regular Wednesday Sabino Canyon nature walk. The balloon was very far away to the south and was the most difficult object I have tried to capture. The colors were really muted by the long path of the light through the haze.

The walk was delightful. I was not able to go far due to my current problems with my very painful right shoulder.

Actually, the strap of my backpack seemed to apply just the right pressure at the top to alleviate the pain. I'm supposed to apply pressure with my left hand to the tendons at the top of my right shoulder a few times a day. 

Also, I practiced standing and walking very erect with my shoulders far back. My therapist in my Shoulder Therapy sessions has been getting me to focus on doing that intentionally, whenever I sit or stand.

I always feel good on Ned Harris' Sabino Canyon Nature Walks.
