Kefirccino Agaviel Macchiato Royale- Warmer Colors - It is Definitely Me!

            If you add Vodka, it's a Kefirccino Agaviel Macchiato Royale

Kefir with "Blue Agave" Syrup in a White Cup. I mixed some syrup into the kefir first and then drizzled some more in a pattern on top.

My  takeoff on a Caramel Macciato. It's my own personal recipe:
Pour Plain Kefirinto an iced cup.
Add Blue Agave Syrup drizzled in a pretty pattern on top. 

I like it very cold. The kefir and blue agave syrup are kept cold in the fridge, and I ice the cup before mixing.... 

Next time I think I will add iced espresso on the bottom of the cup before adding the kefir...

The mixture of the sour kefir and the sweet blue agave syrup creates gas bubbles... I find this high school chemistry laboratory experiment result intriguing...
