Exhausted Chic's Iridescent Recovery

Iridescent koi mosaic on the wall of Butterfly Wonderland's snack room. There was an child's birthday party going on. (See lower right of photo.)

I was recovering from the enervating humidity of the Butterfly Exhibit with it's lovely koi pond. The humidity content was in the Butterfly Exhibit was saturated! Don't get me wrong, I loved the butterfly exhibit... It's just that I'm not used to Amazon Rain Forest conditions after living for thirteen years in the Sonoran Desert of Tucson, in south central Arizona...;))

This Canon 700D (aka Rebel T5i) camera is the best one I have ever used... It behaved nicely in the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre, and it is nice to use as a camera around my neck. I like the 18-135 mm lens it came with. It's fun to have the versatility of a reasonably wide angle lens that is also nice for portraits. I do want to try the camera with my longer zoom lens, but not while carrying it to places that are new to me... That will come later.
