Concrete Rainbow Arch Bridge. Marion, KS

Shot from a moving truck. I first saw this bridge in 2000 and then found it again in 2004. I think I tried to drive over it but couldn't find my way to it. Pretty frustrating when It's so easy to see from above on 56 highway. Now in 2011 it would be easy to find with a smart phone, and I've found it on the map now instead of having it be just a memory on some small highway. This bridge is very similar to the one on Route 66 in the SE corner of Kansas. In general this style bridge was built in the 20s and 30s.

Google street view stops a 100 feet or so before the bridge on that gravel road.
