South Yorkshire Transport - 1152 GYG711J - Leyland Atlantean PDR1A/1 - Alexander J

            New T. Severn, Dunscroft, in 01/1971, this Atlantean is seen here looking past it's best only eight years later at the Christ Church terminus, Doncaster. This where many of the independent operators in the area terminated. SYPTE went on a buying spree of local operators in the late seventies and T. Severn was one of those. This Atlantean passed to SYPTE along with the business in 03/1979 although all vehicles remained licensed to T. Severn & Sons until the company formally ceased to trade in 08/1980. This photo was taken in 07/1979.

The film was an Agfa Colourslide.
