So far in between trips I might go someplace "local" (if 50 miles away can be called "local".) And I file the photos, make some posts, and then sometimes seem to miss them repeatedly because of newer, more recent trips, both "local" and remote.

Last time I visited El Matador was in early March. My Hawaii trip in late March sort of "erased" any memories of the "local" excursion to El Matador. However, as I peruse the photos, of which I did post a couple afterwards, I remember it was special in that it was the first time I'd been there at a time when the tide was really low.

So I was able to cram myself into some of the small openings and caves which were usually filled or partially filled with the sea on other visits.
